VT Blogs: Welcome to the Vermont Blogosphere

The Vermont Blogger Meetup brought two new blogs to my attention:

The CIC: A Battlestar Galactica fan blog by Andrew, who does A Quick Word From the Far Side of the Galaxy.

Information Wants to Be Free: One of them librarian blogs, from Meredith Farkas, who came to the meetup. She's friends with Jessamyn West, and recently moved to Vermont.

And here's another one — Owen's Opinion: A Burlington Activist Speaks His Mind. Musings from Owen Mulligan. Says he — I'm a Burlington, Vermont resident, voter, activist, yogi, massage therapist, and a "Mad as Hell" Independent, although I love to smile. I'm currently a Notary Public and an elected member of Burlington's Ward 5 NPA steering committee. Owen didn't make it to the meetup. Too busy being mad, I guess. Or smiling, perhaps. Or notarizing.
