hee hee. invoice mailings always make me so darn goofy! but i got them out to the mailbox on time - success - and could a monkey be so time conscious?! me thinks not. but a pack of wild monkeys would be so very entertaining during the onstage dismissals...verdict still out...

hee hee, good link. perhaps a monkey could do my invoice mailings for me!? Here are some bits from the Wiki entry:
On The Daily Show, Jon Stewart promised that none of their material would be plagiarized (after a few stories on the subject) because their show would be written by monkeys. A monkey was then shown typing material for the show; Jon was handed the monkey's latest output, only to reject it.
Robert Wilensky once jocularly remarked, "We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare. Now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true."

yeah, baby, this is what's missing--the slice'o'life from a frenetic paced job with little monetary and few intrinsic rewards and you captured it beautifully! haven't too many of us beentheredonethat? and hey, whywhywhy do so many well- or over-educated and blessedly creative people end up deadended doing this monkeywork anyway? something's amiss here. thx for the truth.

so sad but true Miss Kellerina! seems this country is all too full of jobs for monkeys with not too many jobs left over for arty/dreamy/imagination-rich types (sniffle). but hey, who are we kidding? no monkey would want to do an invoice mailing!? they're too busy picking nits, making out and climbing trees. sounds pretty darn good to me...
