Amanda Congdon in Vermont?
It's true — the former star of Rocketboom visited a dairy farm in Richford recently for ABC News. Weird. Does she look like a fish out of water, or what? What's with calling cow shit "cow doo doo?"
Honestly, I liked her better behind the desk.

I can't believe she wore those boots to a dairy farm.
Great idea for the farm, though. I'm sure it is a large investment up front, but I wonder how long until they make up for it.

Amanda has her moments. She makes me laugh and then other times she makes me cringe. that's what I like about her.

I was just commenting to Emily tonight about how weird it is to see someone who is at once both traditionally beautiful (young, tall, fair, buxom, blond, symmetrical, etc. read: "hot") and incredibly dorky. I mean, she's really dorky -- not in an endearing, cute way, but in an annoying "wow, you have no self-consciousness at all, do you?" sort of way. It's actually kind of off-putting for me. I can only take so much. I vastly prefer AC when she's on a panel or speaking sincerely about something she cares about -- she has good stuff to say and seems a genuinely nice sort when she's not being a caricature. Maybe this is what you mean when you say you liked her better behind the desk -- though that head flip thing bugged the crap out of me.
