This Just in: Trey is Loaded
Er, I mean, he's really wealthy. Like, really wealthy.
According to several media outlets, and first reported by the New York Post, Phish front man Trey Anastasio recently purchased Sopranos star Lorraine Bracco's $2 million "cottage" in the Hudson River Valley. Guess ticket sales for the summer tour must be pretty brisk, huh?
Good for Trey!
Nice to see a Vermonter succeeding at his life's work.

Buying a $2m property makes you "really wealthy"? What is this, 1925?

Glad to see the guy is spending his $$ in Vermont.

is this 1925? jimmy what daddy's boy yacht club have you been hanging out at? Of people who actually live and work in Vermont there are probably less than 1% that could pay 2million cash for anything. Vermont median income is $38,500. compared to other Vermonters Trey is truly loaded. Personally I would have to work for like 73 years to pay for this house.

Sorry for your misfortune Ben, but in the US, the ability to buy a $2m property doesn't make you "really wealthy." There are car wash owners walking around who could swing that.
